We have an exciting agenda that includes nationally renowned speakers and accomplished members of our organization. Conference content includes topics our members have requested that address key issues in maternal-child healthcare and tools for nurses to navigate the ever-changing perinatal health field. Florida AWHONN has a history of success, and this looks to be another exceptional event, with over 250 participants expected.

Objectives:
Participant will be able to:
· Understand how the opioid crisis is affecting maternal mortality in the United States and in Florida.
· Understand how the stigma associated with opioid use disorder can prevent pregnant women from obtaining the care that they need.
· Identify ways to assess for opioid use during pregnancy.
· Identify three ways you can change your practice to better serve pregnant and postpartum women with opioid use disorder.
