AWHONN Jacksonville Chapter

AWHONN Jacksonville is proud to collaborate with Ellen Leung of Novo Nordisk as she presents on Women & Inherited Bleeding Disorders.

About this Event

Presentation and dinner will be held at Matthews restaurant sponsored by Novo Nordisk. Ellen Leum, a hemostasis medical liaison with Novo Nordisk works in the area of hemophilia and other rare bleeding disorders. As medical liaison part of her role includes educating health care professionals about rare bleeding disorders. Recently, advocacy groups have suggested that information and education about women and girls with bleeding disorders is not optimal, and disease state information could benefit and impact patient outcomes.
